Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

We are 5 minutes from Heathfield high street and from the picturesque cuckoo trail that stretches 12 miles from Heathfield to Eastbourne and part of the national cycle network. Maylea, lovingly renovated self contained holiday let in a beautiful rural area. Positioned on the second highest spot in Sussex within easy driving distance to many fabulous locations. The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Stables is a newly constructed oak framed building off a quiet country lane. Offering a light airy place to relax and enjoy the local area. Opposite the building is one of the many walks across fields to the village of Rushlake green, with its lovely pub and general stores, perfect for dog walkers. ( 1 dog only please ) Enclosed private garden and parking National Trust Batesmans at Burwash 7.5 miles Battle Abby 10 miles We also have the Byre listed if you want your friends to join you

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Castle Cottage, Wadhurst

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Barn conversion on farm

‘The Parlour’ is a converted old dairy barn located on a working farm, nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With views across fields and forests - and the odd resident cow - this is the perfect place to unwind and explore everything East Sussex has to offer. Built in 1890, ‘The Parlour’ has plenty of character and has been converted to a high spec - making it cosy and modern throughout - with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
