Thoroughly modernised - it even has electricity - yet full of the character of buildings of its time (1910), Tin House (formerly known as the Bothy) is a place of peace and eclectic interior decor. Surrounded by the woods and fields of secluded Glenquiech, from this little house you can walk or cycle for miles, undisturbed; or be still, and listen to the silence. Red squirrels scamper. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

At Milton Cottage we aim to offer guests a cosy retreat to our croft where they can come and unwind in Glenlyon, Scotland’s longest and most beautiful glen. For hill walking, Ben Lawers and 12 munros are within a 6 mile radius. If you like fishing, salmon and trout fishing can be arranged. On request, we offer a three-course dinner. It's all homemade and we regularly cook vegetarian dishes, using our own or local produce where possible. The cottage has reliable WIFI broadband.
