The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

The place was in a convenient location and overall fairly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the host—she was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was missing some basics like a kitchen towel, and there was only one electric socket in the kitchen area, which made using multiple appliances a bit tricky. It also would’ve been great to have some slippers available for guests.

If you're in the area this is definitely THE place to stay. It's comfortable and has a homey feel to it and the location is near to ideally everything you need. Will definitely come back when given the chance.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

the place is accessible,it's nearby a mall with alot of food choices and supermarket. But the best thing I love is nearby the church and safe parking. .. Ms Reyna responds to inquiries quickly and accommodating. will absolutely book this place again

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Sir Aldwin was very accommodating — he even helped us commute from the location since it was our first time in the area. He was very hands-on throughout the check-in and check-out process, which made everything smooth and easy. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience for just the two of us. The room was very spacious — it’s normally good for 4 people, but I think it can comfortably accommodate up to 6. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials, and the kitchen was complete as well. The bed was clean, with extra clean sheets provided. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable; we enjoyed streaming Netflix and YouTube without any issues. The balcony was a bit crowded, but it didn’t really matter because we loved the view, especially the glimpse of Taal Lake. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Sa tagal tagal kong nagstaycation, 1st time ko naka experiencr ng hassle free, hindi na kailangan pumila ng mahaba sa lobby or reception. I love the place bagay sa mga introvert na katulad ko. 1 feedback lang siguro sa mismong pine suite, hindi nasusunod yung allowed lang mag stay sa playground until 7pm, may mga batang nagsisigawan kasi from 10pm onwards sa mismong playground
