The Snug is a modern self contained compact studio,recently renovated ,situated in a good location in the village of Ullapool,close to all local amenities. One of a few ,local guest accommodations that accepts one night stays. The Snug has a double bed (Simba ) ,shower, toilet, TV, ( free view) free WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee machine, also towels/linen supplied.A small fridge on site. Best suited for couples or singles. Free on street parking & not in Cul de Sac or right outside my neighbours!

We live on site in the section with the tower itself. Located for easy access to Ben Cruachan and many Munros, the Tower of Glenstrae is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the historic, visually stunning West coast of Scotland. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
