Little Pink Cottage welcomes you to Fanning Island overlooking the St Johns River from your private deck~Cozy studio, brand new, comfy Queen bed, table for 2 or enjoy morning coffee or evening drink on the deck and enjoy the amazing, ever changing views of our wonderful river. Dolphins, pelicans, egrets can often be found playing, frolicking and fishing around the dock. Fishing poles are available for you & bait shops are near by. Come rest, relax & rejuvenate in our little paradise by the sea.

Beautiful House: Quiet with all amenities on deep water with pool. 12 minutes from Jax Airport, 5 min from Zoo and 10 min from Cruise Ports. Jax Beaches are just a short beautiful drive. Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Nice and very clean house for your vacation and a comfortable stay. Cozy sitting area with a small pool. A protective screen around the recreation area will keep you from Florida insects))). Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.

This is a tiny house located on our property. Has complete own entrance and building. Total privacy with gate around entire property.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The backyard backs up to 4 Creeks Management Area (lots of woods). The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.
