Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

Just a few minutes walk from the canal, river and some lovely woodland trails, as well as all local amenities. Only 10 minutes from Leeds-Bradford Airport with great transport links to the whole region. It’s also a great base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas.
