Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Our 1920 bungalow sits along the Lacamas Heritage Trail that connects historic downtown Camas to Lacamas Lake. Stroll downtown Camas and enjoy dining, the iconic Liberty movie theater, outdoor firepits at the local brew pubs and boutique shopping. If nature is what you are needing, explore the miles of hiking and walking trails at Lacamas Lake that start right outside the front door. Modern Camas Cottage

In your private Camas Cottage, you are a few blocks away from charming downtown Camas - complete with a great brewery (Grains of Wrath), restaurants, & fantastic antique store. The Lacamas Creek Trailhead is two blocks away and we sit in the backyard of the Columbia Gorge, which is stunning to hike year round. Please note, the kitchen is a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven & fantastic coffee maker. The Portland airport is 15 minutes away. Close to Camas Meadows Golf Course.

Downtown Camas Apartment

Our guesthouse is located a short walk away from beautiful, historic downtown Camas. There you can find many lovely boutique and antique shops as well as a variety of different restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a lively brewery. Downtown Camas has many activities to indulge in during your stay like the art gallery, downtown events, and the beautiful 1920's theatre. There are many scenic hiking trails to use nearby and it is only a 20 minute drive to and from the PDX airport.

Walk downtown for restaurants, coffee shops and trendy boutiques or to one of several nature trails that lead to forested areas, lakes and rivers. Nothing but peacefulness at our Hidden Gem Acres yet only 10 minutes from stores, breweries, and restaurants. Many outdoor activities in the Gorge area & X-Cross. All neighbors border us by 5 acres. Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.

You also have the option to use the courtyard area right outside the private entrance, complete with comfortable seating and string lights. Off-street parking is provided for 1 car. Zero cleaning fees.
