We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

This home was wonderful very clean and specious. The home was equipped with food items that made our stay a lot more comfortable ex coffee, spices and cooking items very thoughtful.

My friend and I were meeting for a self-care, girls weekend -- this stay was perfect. First, the hosts were so nice and helpful, from a tiny bit of gate trouble (taken care of quickly), to a dinner rec and responsiveness during checkout -- overall great experience. Second, The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, and the wrap around porch (and ocean breeze) is the star. I had my coffee and breakfast, and read out there every day. You can hear the ocean waves all day and the coquis at night... AND the stars! If you live in a city, you'll enjoy that too. We ate out and cooked equally, and the kitchen is equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. Third, the location is less touristy but you can still get out to the surrounding towns easily. It's also along 681 with bars, a couple good beaches, and natural sights close by -- plenty to do. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. this was heaven for me. I would stay here again and again.

Fernando was a very friendly and responsive host! We enjoyed our weeklong stay in Manati with our family friends on Spring Break. We loved sitting on the porch while our children played in the pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were a huge plus too. We all had fun using the hammocks, games, and beach/pool toys as well. Lastly, he also recommended local restaurants, bakery, and grocery store which were all great! Thanks for making our trip to Puerto Rico a memorable one.

Rafi's place was great. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. House was spotless and plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The house is basically in the middle of the island so if you want to explore it all it's a great starting point. There was an island wide power outage when we landed that lasted almost 2 days but we didn't notice because of the heavy duty generator. Amazing restaurants and bars near by. Would definitely recommend this place. would book again for sure.

I do not even know where to begin.. absolutely perfect! We are a family of 7 and the space accommodated us perfectly and with more space than we could ever need. Stephen and Christy were incredible hosts. They were responsive, welcoming, kind and gave the best insight to Puerto Rico and where to go/what to do. (Snorkeling under the pier at Crashboat Beach is a must!) The house is everything you could ever dream of. The views are spectacular. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and simply a paradise. The drive up the mountain, while windy and narrow, is worth every turn. It is a breathtaking drive so take your time and take in the views! We will absolutely be back to Utuado and cannot wait to plan our next trip. If you are questioning booking just BOOK THE TRIP! You will not regret it.
