A little gas log stove compliments the Nest central heating, keeping it toasty even as the snow piles high. We are on a 1/2 acre with a lovely meadow just steps from the back porch. A wood burning hot tub next to the fire ring provides a relaxing soak. We are Ponderosa- the sweetest secret in California. Cert #490

The river is a short walk away and Lake Success is nearby. We are 2 hours from 3 Sequoia National Parks main attractions. Bring your horses as we have a place for them to stay.

But- while you're here, a couple musts are: fishing the Tule River, hiking Dome Rock, the Needles Trail, and playing a game of pool with the locals at the Tavern down the road. Another must is seeing the Giant Sequoias at the Trail of 100 Giants. We are not near the National Parks.
