Spacious home with 60' of lake frontage on 700 acre all sports Canadian Lakes, which connects to West Canadian Lake and others. Guests will have access to the Canadian Lakes Association amenities including beaches, golf courses, outside pool, inside pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and more. There will be an extra charge for the pools, fitness center, and golf. Bunk room was completely remodeled and each bed has its own reading light and power outlet with USB A and C.

Indoors, the cottage features a fireplace, multiple tv's, movies, games, puzzles and books, and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs as well as multiple grills. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
