The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

A-Frame on Keuka Lake

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating including a dining table and picnic table is available on the deck overlooking the lake. There is a separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake that shares the beach and dock, just a one-minute walk down the hill.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
