Es ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht und vielen gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten innen und außen. Auf der Veranda und der Terrasse haben wir den besonderen Ausblick auf das Meer sowie die Naturgeräusche sehr genossen. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und ruhige Zeit!

A spacious and perfectly clean apartment with everything you need. A beautiful terrace and pool but also so close to the beach and bars/restaurants/shops. A great place to go for a relaxing get away. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Isabel was a great host with really fast communication. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco’s place. The house was easy to find and is in a beautifully scenic location on the sea front. We visited in March and it was very windy and great for surfing. The house is on 2 floors with an outside area on the roof terrace. The wifi connection was great and the house was very clean. Francisco was always quick to reply to messages and was very helpful.

We had a great time. The host was accommodating and very helpful and understanding of specific needs and circumstances. The place is wonderful and the location is reasonably secluded without being too far. It’s walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, beaches, and more.

Tolle Lage , mittendrin mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Exzellente Ausstattung , es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wohnung wie beschrieben, Gastgeberin sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Hafen, gute Ausstattung. Einige Restaurants in direkter Nähe - für uns nicht so schön: die meisten haben zwischen 16.00 und 20.00 Uhr geschlossen, uns ist das zum Abendessen zu spät.

die kleine Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und liegt tatsächlich direkt am Wasser. Die Nachbarn sind Spanier bzw. Einheimische, was für uns sehr schön war. Schöner Badestrand und 2 Supermärkte, ein Kaffee und ein gutes fmFischrestaurant im Ort und fußläufig sehr kurz zu erreichen. die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht. eine sehr gut gepflegte Waschmaschine, was für uns bisher nicht selbstverständlich war. tolle schriftliche Kommunikation mit Maria welche immer sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat vielen Dank dafür. wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal

Wir haben das Beach House sehr genossen. Es war ruhig und privat und doch super zentral. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können!

This spacious tastefully decorated villa comfortably accommodated all of us. We were 8 adults and one 4 year old child. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential road away from the traffic. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was kept safe by closing the patio doors. We enjoyed the top floor sun bathing area as well as the pool area. There was plenty of shade when we had had enough sun. We made full use of the cooking facilities, BBQ, washing machine and line, dishwasher. We could eat as a family both inside and poolside. The TV was set up so we could watch British channels including CBBs for the little one. There was parking space on the quiet road outside for our two hire cars. A useful key safe was installed at the front gate enabling all of us to gain access while keeping everything secure. There was a good supermarket(Dino) and excellent steak restaurant (La Bohemia) within a few minutes walk. Both the owner Yann and his local representative Bernard were helpful.

Todo genial, el apartamento es tal y como se refleja en el anuncio. Lorenzo, muy atento y rápido al contestar. Parking y piscinas son un verdadero plus. Muy bien situado, cerca de Puerto del Carmen.

Siamo stati in famiglia presso questa villa per le vacanze di Pasqua. Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e stanchi ci siamo messi subito a letto, la mattina seguente aprendo le tende si è mostrato uno panorama splendido, una lunga collina con campi da golf , zona silenziosa e tranquilla, abbiamo guardato i tramonti da casa e fatto passeggiate, lì vicino si trova la piscina di Achille un posto incantevole. La piscina di casa sempre soleggiata con acqua tiepida perche’ riscaldata. Non manca di niente fornita di tutto, iabbiamo noleggiato un auto e visitato tante meravigliose spiagge, spero di tornarvi presto. Le zone più turistiche e con vita notturna si trovano a 20 min di auto.

Nous avons bien été accueilli toutes les explications transmise était bonne. Si on avait besoin il répond présent directement hôte très réactif tout c’est bien passer et surtout tout était comme indiqué.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Pasamos cuatro días increíbles en esta casa durante Semana Santa. Éramos seis adultos y una niña, y la propiedad fue perfecta para todos. Cuenta con tres habitaciones cómodas, dos baños muy limpios y bien equipados, además de una cocina funcional con todo lo necesario. La piscina fue sin duda uno de los grandes puntos fuertes: limpia, bien cuidada y con espacio alrededor para relajarse. La ubicación en Adeje es excelente, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente apartada para disfrutar de privacidad y descanso. En resumen, una casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en grupo o en familia. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Una casita pequeña de dos plantas muy bonita, con vistas preciosas al mar. Con todo lo necesario para vivirla.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Bett im großem Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem und man hat eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kissen, dies hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, wir konnten immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der dazugehörige Parkplatz super. Ohne Auto muss man allerdings gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großartig, Airfryer, Sandwichmaker, Mixer, Toaster, Milchaufschäumer etc. Eine Grundausstattung an Haushaltsartikeln war vorhanden. Die Geräte und Gläser waren leider nicht sauber, diese haben wir nochmal gereinigt. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche war etwas schwankend. Besonders schön fanden wir die Terrasse, die Sonne scheint dort ab ca. 10:30. Es gibt auch eine Sportmatte und Badehandtücher. Im allgemeinen würden wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Daniel's house blew us away. It's wonderful and has everything you need. It was very clean and the beds are a dream; we slept perfectly every night. Waking up in the morning feeling completely refreshed was simply brilliant. There's a small shop around the corner, the sea within easy reach, and secure parking right on site. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city but still want to go out for a drink or a meal, the marina is within walking distance. You can get to the popular towns very quickly by car or bus. We'll definitely be back. Daniel is truly a superhost. The communication leaves nothing to be desired. For anyone booking accommodation in Gran Canaria, come to Daniel's house; it's perfect.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette jolie maisonnette rénovée avec bon goût. El Pris est un petit hameau de pêcheurs au bord de l’eau donc plutôt calme mais avec tout de même 4 restaurants sur place et une atmosphère conviviale. C’est très reposant. Nous sommes arrivées un jour d’alerte maximale “grosses vagues” et le logement étant au pied de l’eau, Sergio nous a trouvé une solution à proximité pour la nuit et nous avons réintégré le logement dès le lendemain matin. Sergio est un hôte très accueillant et plein d’attention qui a à cœur de vous passer un agréable moment. Le logement est charmant dans le style méditerranéen. Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour et nous sommes senties comme à la maison. Merci Sergio ! Au plaisir de nous revoir :)

Excelent summer home for us for one week. Beautiful front and backyard gardens. Highly recommended vacation location and accomondation.

Als 3-Generationen-Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 5 Jahre) und 5 Erwachsenen fühlten wir uns in der geräumigen Villa Shalimar auf 2 Etagen sehr wohl. Für die Kinder war der Pool im Garten DAS Highlight. Zur Umgebung: Playa Planca ist sehr touristisch und wird in den nächsten Jahren weiterwachsen, was den Druck auf die wenigen Sandstrände erhöhen wird. Es empfiehlt sich daher, Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeit der von Vulkanen, Palmen, Reben und pitoresken Dörfern geprägten Landschaften zu unternehmen.

Das grosse Plus des Hauses ist der private Garten und die totale Ruhe, die ich zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt erleben konnte. Ein Auto bräuchte man definitiv nicht, wenn man nicht die Insel erkunden möchte. Alles was man braucht, gibt es in der Umgebung : Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bars, ... Zum Strand muss man zwar schon etwas laufen, aber auch kein Problem. In der Anlage gibt es einige Pools, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Im Haus konnte man eigentlich alles finden, was man so braucht : Kaffeekapselmaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, sogar einige Gewürze, Tücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmaterialen aller Art, Waschmaschine,... Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Nacht immer angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Privatsphäre und Sicherheit sind garantiert. 2 Mal allerdings stand ein Gärtner in dem abgeschlossenen Bereich und bewässerte den Rasen. Das hatte man mir nicht mitgeteilt. Sonst lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter aber einwandfrei.

Great place, easy check in. Lots to do nearby. Walkable to all the resturants and shops of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to lovely beach at Playa Flamingo. Accommodation had loads of space, big sitting room, kitchen/dinning area. Two good size bedrooms with lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed although we only really had breakfast there. Lovely private garden terrace with lots of seating. Steps down to the pool which was always quiet. One day we had to share it with 2 others😂 Ignacio was always on it providing information. How to check in, directions from the airport and lots of recommendations for resturants and places to visit. He was also very quick to reply to any questions. Overall a lovely week away in a quiet setting with all you could need nearby.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow, die Lage, die Ausstattung einfach alles war perfekt! Zen und Wolfgang waren so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer mit einer wundervollen Aussicht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her, absolute Empfehlung!!!
