This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus lounge, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Outdoor kitchen under roof and conveniently located to make meals and relaxation with the family a memorable experience . Private entrance with a lockbox code to enter for your convenience. 3 bedrooms with place for 5 people to sleep comfortably. You have a full bathroom with a seperate toilet and a make-up area with a wash basin next to the toilet.

Peaceful and centrally located, Wild Grace Garden is nestled in the heart of everything that's good about South Freo. Take a 300m walk to beautiful South Beach, and find award winning bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs even closer. Fremantle centre is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Plenty of public transport close by. 300m to Gourmet grocer and supermarket. After seeing the sights return home to a cup of herbal tea and a long leisurely outdoor bath.
