Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

É arredato con cura con mobili e oggetti di antiquariato e pregio. Offre una postazione per smart working. The house is located in the center of Pitigliano, just few meter far from the Synagouge and the “vie cave etrusche”. It offers an amazing view on the Valley of Meleta. The apartment is furnished with care and with fine antiques.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Studio monolocale ricavato in parte degli spazi di una casa di campagna dell'inizi del '900. We are located 5 km from the magical, little town of Pitigliano. In an ancient house from 1910, you can stay in a simple and cosy room with bath and kitchenet, whilst enjoying the romantic silence of the olive fields, vineyards and woods around you.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Cozy Artist Retreat in the heart of Sorano

The house, on two levels, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a bathroom dug into the tufo rock, while the bedroom and a living room are located on the level above. The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
