Really appreciated the stay, and was great overall! Lots of nice touches, amazing location, and very helpful host.

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

Toby & Chels’ home was nice and cozy! It was just as described, with very comfortable beds & couch for lounging. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, and perfect for my group of 4. Chels/team were responsive and provided multiple methods for communication, though their instructions and recommendations were clear, so I didn’t have to bug them too much :). I would definitely enjoy staying in their home in the future again, and highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at the Pleasure Point Beach House. The location is outstanding... walkable to the beach. The house is so cute and comfortable. The back yard is big with lots of grass for the dog to run around in. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Santa Cruz and the Pleasure Point Beach House.

this house is sooo close to the beach! The neighborhood is friendly. The house is comfortable with a great deck and lots of space. I definitely plan to stay here again. Myriam answered questions promptly and takes great care of the house.

Jerry was an extremely flexible in our arrival and departure. The house is on its on plot so we really enjoyed the surrounding nature and took advantage of the backyard space. The beds were clean, comfortable and the house was in very clean condition. Will definitely stay there again!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

Co-host's Kateryna and Vlad's place was superb !!! Lovely elegant place beyond my wife and my expectations, all the way around. And the landscape and architecture place were stunning!!!! Lovely folks. Thanks again. Jaime and Cheryl

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The pool was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing and really made the trip special. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made everything easy and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Magical! That is the word that just kept coming up for us! What a lovely place! Chrissi and Stephen were just as sweet as the place! Great and easy location to get to all things Santa Cruz (of course the Redwoods too!). We just loved the cozy and unique vibe, the gardens, you just step into a little retreat as soon as you arrive. It had all we needed. Parking is street parking, which we had a slight concern with (I am an over packer!), but we were able to find a space right near out front every time (literally!). We will be back, I have no doubt!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Vic and Mod's place. The space fit our family of four nicely and we were able to have our sweet canine family member with us as well. The location was close to our extended family event and many delicious eateries. Communication with the hosts was friendly and prompt. We would stay here again.

Great Location, Classic Place

I stayed at Ali's listing for a month and really enjoyed the home and surrounding location (Willow Glen). Ali himself is the ideal host thanks to his hospitality and responsiveness. I hope to visit again in the future!

This is a very comfortable and stylish house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor sitting areas. It is a short stroll to the beach where there are several restaurants and a coffee shop. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and would love another chance to stay there.

Our stay at Gabriel’s was a wonderful experience! Not only was the space extremely roomy, but it was also very homey. The location was very convenient as it’s next to lots of hiking and restaurants. Gabriel was also very responsive & kind to any & all inquiries we had during our stay. We will gladly stay again in the future!

Such a great home! Loved sitting on the front porch waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, garden and swing song chairs was perfect way to start our trip The house is super cute inside with beautiful skylights and a very private backyard. There was a welcome tennis ball for our dog as well as a water bowl, just so much detail in making us feel right at home. I would stay here again

Wir waren zu dritt in Rolandos Apartment und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Rolandos Frau, Francesca, ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Person, die uns bei allen Wünschen geholfen hat. Es liegt ihr sehr am Herzen, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, das große Bett und die ausklappbare Couch sind bequem. Im Bad ist auch genug Platz und die Jacouzi Badewanne ist toll. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß zur Mall oder zur Stadtbahn von San Jose und ist schnell Downtown.
