This fully modernized and beautifully furnished self-contained apartment forms the rear part of a listed Georgian farmhouse dating back to the 1800's. Located in the village of Cardrona by the River Tweed the apartment is ideally located for mountain biking at Glentress Forest (1.5m) fishing on the Tweed, and walking some of Scotland's most stunning countryside. The apartment intersects the recently opened Tweed Valley Railway cycle path providing easy access by bike to Peebles and Innerleithen.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. Directly outside our private close you are spoilt with restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Wee Trail House, Peebles & Glentress

The Wee Trail House is next-door to the main Trail House and was recently renovated to a high standard. The decor is warm, clean and relaxing throughout. A new kitchen was installed as well as a fresh modern bathroom. There are two bedrooms with king size zip and link beds which can be set up as double or twin rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is very sociable and the coffee table easily converts into a small or large dining table.

A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
