Had the pleasure of staying here, over the weekend, and it has to be said Jamie’s place is stunning, inside and out. Genuine nice guy. Restaurant suggestions were fantastic, and only 10min walk away. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Thank you very much. We all had a great stay. Everything we needed was at the house. Went with kids and they loved the games and toys available. Lots near by to keep us busy. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. We could easily walk into the town centre in a few minutes and it was close to the station for our friends travelling by train. The house was very comfortable and roomy. Tom the host was very responsive to our queries. The area was quite and although there was no designated parking, we found it easy to park on the street and were provided with permits. It was a great base for us to attend a friend's party and explore the local area. Compared to staying in a B&B or hotel it was great value and gave us our own space to relax.

Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

had a great multi generation stay here to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. lovely house with lots of bathrooms. great location. Hayley is responsive and helpful. Perfect stay. Fish and chips at Seniors, locally. Tiggis restaurant was great and very local. Great for a family seaside traditional holiday. Thank you 😊

Absolutely loved our stay, this Airbnb was the perfect place to spend the night before our best mate’s wedding. The interior was stunning, modern but with such a warm, homely feel that made us all feel completely at ease. It was spacious, beautifully put together, and just felt right. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to share laughs, calm nerves, and send off our mate in style. If we could give 6 stars, we’d give 7.

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

The pictures do not do this location the justice it deserves! Perfect house for 8 of us to celebrate three 50th Birthdays. A short walk into Bowness with lots to see and do, if walking though be mindful there are some inclines back up! The hot tub view was amazing and an added bonus to this house. Simon was a very attentive host, answered very quick to any queries in the lead up and also during our stay. All in all a fab long weekend, great house and location. Would definitely recommend!

This is a charming apartment, in a wonderful location right in the heart of the town. Ideal for the 4 of us. Also having a parking permit for local car parking is a great bonus for this property.

We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, private location within driving distance of amazing days out whilst also being the perfect place to chill out and enjoy peace and quiet. Liz was a responsive and friendly host who gave us comprehensive instructions and useful recommendations. This was a fantastic apartment with everything you need and in a great location. Would fully recommend and will stay again in the future if in the area.

Lovely apartment for 4 in a great location. Lori was responsive to any messages and check in easy & straightforward. Warm, clean and nice touches like a pint of milk left for us in the fridge as we arrived late, shampoo, shower gel, handwash, good hairdryer. Cooker easy to use and enough utensils/pans to cook a meal if you wish. Comfortable beds, lovely bath plus a cute balcony to sit out in warmer months. We slept well, nice and quiet but also only 5 minute walk to town centre. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend as a base to explore the Lake District, thank you Lori 😊

Hassle free check in and had everything we needed, hot tub was great to have along with barbecue. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend this stay if looking to stay in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Janet's place was the perfect cosy getaway for hiking the three peaks. Easily accessible from Settle station and the high street, the accommodation felt just like a home away from home. Would love to visit again!

We had a really lovely stay at Simon and Cath’s place, for a week with our kids. The place was ideal - easy to find, and walkable to the town centre. The accommodation was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Our hosts were extremely helpful, with local tips and advice. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to be back sometime soon!

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

We have had a wonderful weekend with 2 young children under 4 Nikki was a wonderful host and had the travel cot all up and ready for our arrival. The house is beautiful, much bigger than the photographs and within walking distance of both st annes centre and lytham. We were really sad to leave and would definitely love to return.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

The Parsonage is just perfect, a really lovely apartment, fantastically equipped with all you need and more, with lovely touches like the roll top bath in the bedroom and the private courtyard that opens out off the bedroom, safe and secure for our dog. The Parsonage is ideally located right next door to Kendal Castle, great walks and beautiful views of Kendal. It’s also just a 10 minute walk into Kendal with plenty of cafes and restaurants serving delicious food and dog friendly too. Patrina is a wonderful host, the special treats left in the fridge were very kind and appreciated, her advice to jump on the bus to Rydal Water and have lunch at the Badger Bar made for the best day out with our dog. It all made for a perfect stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

A beautifully furnished apartment, immaculately clean and in a lovely location. Great to sit on the Balcony in the evening sun. Glynn was an excellent host making us very welcome & assisting us with the bike storage. We enjoyed cycling and walking in the very picturesque local areas. The steam train is a short walk away and is a great ride linked with the boat trip to Bowness. The Motor Museum is well worth a visit and food in the cafe is excellent, nice to sit in the peaceful surroundings at the side of the river. This is by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in and I would certainly recommend!!

We were visiting family who were staying at Twin Lakes Country Club and needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. I found this place and sent a message to the host to ask about its proximity to the Twin Lakes. They responded almost immediately and so decided it was a perfect location. Check in was really easy with the key in a lock box on the wall. Parking was a doddle and we were lucky to park right outside the gate. I have never seen such a vast choice of breakfast items on offer in an Airbnb before. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend away was provided from shower gel , towels , hairdryer , coffee maker , fridge , wine glasses and even an airfryer with cookbook. The bed was super comfortable with pure cotton bedding. We had a wonderful sleep. The shower was red hot and very powerful. We will definitely be back !

We were only staying for one night to attend a family celebration. Communication with Roy was easy from the start. The property was great for a mixed group of 6 adults, 1 nine months old baby and a dog. It was warm, clean and roomy. Thank you very much.
