The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park (20 miles) and Big South Fork National Forest. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

Nature abounds, If hiking, horseback riding, four wheeling or just relaxing is what you crave, then this is the place for you! The property is 24 acres, sitting on the edge of Big South Fork National Park. The front yard is big enough for games. When you are through for the day and after enjoying the enclosed hot tub/pool inside, go outside and enjoy the fire pit area. Horses welcome, small pasture area, no barn. The property itself is set up for outside activities by offering a place to play softball or other games such as horseshoes , cornhole or hiking. Relax on the front porch or around the fire pit, wood or gas. Bring your fishing poles and fish the beautiful stocked pond.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

(windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.

Guest reviews often remark on the cleanliness and small touches for my Airbnb. I love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit your needs and the games and books. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
