Renta de villas vacacionales en Casale Monferrato

All'arrivo Andrea ci ha accolto di persona, ci ha illustrato la casa e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La villa ha tutto il necessario, le cucine sono molto grandi e comode, fornite di ogni attrezzo.Le camere ed i bagni sono pulitissimi, ci siamo davvero trovati come a casa! La piscina esterna e' fantastica, l'abbiamo sfruttata molto nelle giornate calde! Abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzare anche il barbecue esterno, tutto perfetto! Il salotto comune e' davvero comodo, ci siamo divertiti un sacco con le sfide a biliardo! :) Il paese poco distante offre un paio di supermercati bar e botteghe per acquistare il necessario. Abbiamo fatto delle fantastiche passeggiate nelle colline della zona e nel paese di Mombercelli. Andrea ci ha infine concesso un comodo late check-out. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

This is a gem of a place! We felt like we were in a friend’s home- so comfortable and welcoming. But at the same time, everything was so well laid out and explained, we had no questions. The hosts run this lovely home like a very high-end business! This home was truly a wonderful place to spend the holidays- we so appreciated the decorations! It was also the little touches like local wine and hazelnuts that added to our cozy stay. Our winter stay was delightful- a cozy fire in the well-appointed kitchen- but I would love to return one day and enjoy all the outdoor spaces. After many home stays all over the world, this one takes top billing! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Come sempre da Andrea ci troviamo a casa! Abbiamo prenotato con facilità; siamo stati benissimo, la casa è deliziosa, piena di mille accorgimenti e dettagli storici della regione. É anche in un bel contesto verde riposante. Ottimo per momenti di coppia o amici o in famiglia. Laura, che si occupa della gestione e pulizia della casa, è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Vi havde den skønneste ferie. Alt var lige hvad vi havde ønsket og håbet på. Og Andrea, vores kontaktvært, var altid klar til at hjælpe. Svarede med det samme vi skrev. Omgivelser og huset var perfekt. Eneste minus var alle myggene 😝 Området var så ufatteligt smukt. Kan klart anbefales 🥰

Après avoir quitté en urgence notre 1ère location face à la malhonnêteté de nos précédents hôtes, Barbara et Stefano nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, réactivité et bienveillance du jour au lendemain. Ils ont mis tout leur coeur pour sauver nos vacances. C’est une villa très propre, immense, confortable chargée d’histoire, rénovée avec goût. Idéalement située face à l’église, vue sur le château, une pause suspendue dans le temps pour se ressourcer au calme avec piscine. Aux petits soins pour leurs invités, ils ont un grand sens du service et font les choses avec leur coeur. Une fois sur place vous serez émerveillés. C’est « un petit trésor » , « une perle rare ». Nous vous remercions pour tout 🙏🏻. Deux petits anges sur notre chemin ⭐️. Nous restons convaincus que l’univers fait toujours en sorte de replacer les gens là où ils doivent être.…Nous devions vivre cela, vous rencontrer et nous retrouver à cet endroit précis. A large friendly villa with all the facilities and equipment needed for a great family stay. Weather was hot (30+) but we were saved by the pool. Gabriella trusts her guests and provides a full range of facilities that make it a home from home with an emphasis on holiday. Bergamasco is a small friendly village with limited entertainment. There is an excellent little grocery store, a good restaurant and a couple of bars and a crowded church on Sunday.. Supermarkets are 20 minutes drive and we found a regular bus to nearby Alessandria as an interesting trip. The villa is at the Southern end of the village with unrestricted views of the countryside. Privacy is assured. A great place to stay.

abbiamo alloggiato in 10 ragazzi per capodanno , la casa è spaziosa e accogliente. Casa pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host e i collaboratori sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili.

location meravigliosa e molto grande, restaurata da poco, stanze grandi tutte con bagno in camera, soffitti affrescati, bellissima cucina sia interna che esterna (attrezzata di ogni cosa, piatti stoviglie ecc), piscina, palestra. eravamo 10 amici e siamo stati benissimo, la casa era molto pulita e accogliente, la comunicazione con il proprietario è stata ottima e tale anche il check in. Consigliatissimo!!

The Villa is an excellent stay for large families with lots of children. It is spacious and secure, the pool is great and there are many, many rooms. There are private areas and a large communal space. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. It is very close to Alba and the wine area of Barolo and Barbaresco. The twin is walking distance Adolfo provided fantastic advice for what to see and where to eat to get the best possible experience of the region.

Wat hebben we genoten! Een prachtig huis, van alle comfort voorzien. En buiten is het adembenemend. Dat uitzicht is met geen pen te beschrijven. Elke foto die je maakt schiet te kort bij het totale plaatje. Zo mooi! Het zwembad is heerlijk en biedt ook een mooi uitzicht op de prachtige wijngaarden. Een hele dikke aanrader is dit fantastische verblijf 💚🤍❤️

La Libellule = La Dolce Vita The space. The interior. The gardens. The view! The seven of us had an absolutely incredible stay at Elisabeth’s La Libellule in pittoresce Olivola for 3 days and 4 nights. Liz was a perfect host, attending to every possible need both before and during the stay. The place is even more amazing on set than the pictures and the description. Fully equipped, a home away from home. Do not hesitate, book it if you have the chance! Olivola is a quiet but in no means not sleepy village, with breathtaking surroundings, a couple of nice restaurants, a wine bar and a great organic winery (plus walking distance to a small supermarket, bar and café in the neighbouring village). Car is optional but not needed, you can manage by foot and we got help with transfer both to/from the airport and for a day in more busy Casale Monferrato. There is also a bus that operates some days. We couldn’t ask for a more fulfilling girls trip, leaving with our hearts complete full.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft von Marco. Wie schon beim ersten Mal war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist wunderbar gross, sauber,hat einen tollen Pool und ist mit allem ausgestattet was es benötigt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Auch der Self Checkin hat super funktioniert. Wer einen schönen Ausflug ins Piemont machen möchte liegt damit genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in direkter Nähe. Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Il soggiorno di 4 giorni "da Valentina", in realtà ci hanno accolto Alberto e sua moglie ;-) , era il regalo di Natale per i nostri genitori e, insieme a loro e alle nostre famiglie, abbiamo trascorso 4 meravigliosi giorni a Crescentino. In totale eravamo in 17 (2 nonni e tre famiglie) e nella casa abbiamo trovato gli spazi ideali. La casa possiede un bellissimo giardino che abbiamo sfruttato parecchio mangiando all'aperto, riposando, leggendo, chiacchierando, studiando, giocando (ping pong, pallone, lancio dell'aeroplano, ...) e facendo attività alla sera. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di trovare già pronte due tavolate con 17 sedie, sia in casa che in giardino. La casa era pulitissima. Alberto e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Great place! The area is amazing! We had such a great time! The layout of the house is very good, there are private as well as common areas and it is well suited for multi family stays. House is tastefully furnished. Pool was very popular with kids, it was meticulously maintained and gave a relief during hot summer days. The kitchen is well equipped, we especially enjoyed Italian style coffee. The hosts are awesome, very responsive and friendly. They came to meet us and helped us with grocery shopping, introduction to the area, they also brought toys to our grandkids once they learned about them. Definitely would love to come back!

Belle villa entourée d'un jardin agréable et paisible, beau lieu de détente. quartier et environnement calme Propriétaire réactif et amical

Une très belle maison, avec une vue superbe, où nous avons passé une semaine idéale entre amis. La piscine a réjoui petits et grands. Le figuier dans le jardin nous a permis de réaliser de délicieux desserts. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, toutes équipées de dressing, et les 2 master bedrooms avec salle de bain sont parfaites pour les couples. Nous avons peu utilisé les salons, pourtant spacieux, car nous étions toujours sur la terrasse protégée en cas d’orage. Les salles de bain et la cuisine sont un peu vieillottes mais fonctionnelles, les canapés et fauteuils sont un peu tachés, on sent que la maison a vécu mais ça n’empêche pas de s’y sentir bien. La garage privé est un vrai plus, comme la table de ping-pong et les jeux de société. Communication facile à l’arrivée comme au départ. Situation parfaite à 5 min en voiture du centre ville où l’on trouve des commerçants de qualité et de bons restaurants.

Wir, zwei Familien mit Hunden, durften wunderbare Tage in diesem Haus verbringen. Der riesige Garten inkl. Pool waren sehr gepflegt, mit vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet und ein Paradies für alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner. Der Pizzaofen wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Das Haus und die Küche (mit Gasherd, super!) ist perfekt ausgestattet. Zudem durften wir die E-bikes kostenlos dazu benutzen und haben so jeden Morgen frisches Brot im benachbarten Dörfchen (danke liebe Maria Rosa) geholt. Perfekte Tage im Piemont - wir können das Haus von Herzen empfehlen. Danke an die Familie von Hans-Peter für Ihr Vertrauen und die absolut unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Sikke et sted og sikke nogle værter! Med det samme følte vi os hjemme og velkommen i Antonellas autentiske italienske hus. Grillområdet og selvfølgelig poolen blev flittigst brugt og vi nød det. Enestående udsigt over sletten og bjergene. Antonella var meget venlig og imødekommende og gav en god gennemgang af huset som var godt udstyret med alt man har brug for. Vil fik masser af lokale anbefalinger og området var spænede at udforske, vi kunne blive ved:) Tak!

Casa perfetta per una riunione di tutta la famiglia all'insegna della condivisione e del relax. Bellissima piscina in un meraviglioso contesto verde. Campo da tennis adatto a noi principianti per divertirci insieme (attrezzature fornite dalla casa). È stata una vacanza molto piacevole e consigliamo questa bella villa!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus und insbesondere der Pool mit dem Ausblick sind einmalig! Mit kleinen Kindern, als Familie top!

We hebben enorm genoten van het fijne huis, de prachtige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Echt een paradijsje. Chicca en haar familie waren ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Deze plek is echt een aanrader. Turijn is echt een bezoek waard, ook de Baseliek Superga en Venaria Reaal zijn erg leuk om te bezoeken
