Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

Jess Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage, um Manchester zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit guten Betten und ausreichend Platz für 4. Wir hätten uns einen größeren Topf gewünscht oder eine Auflaufform, ansonsten war die Küche aber gut ausgestattet. Jess ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden allen, die in Manchester Urlaub machen, diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

We chose this apartment based on its proximity to the start of the Manchester marathon - it was great to be able to avoid the trams that morning. Having said that, at other times, having a tram stop so close meant that it was very easy to get to the city centre. Media City, with plenty of restaurants, cinema, theatre is also easily walkable. Communication with Daryl was great - he was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. We thought there was an issue with the hot water while we were there but we had a quick response to our message about this, quickly explaining the issue. I was slightly worried that the process for collecting the key seemed a bit complicated but actually Daryl’s instructions and photos meant that it was straightforward. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was great to have two en-suite bedrooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay here

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

The apartment was excellent in all aspects, clean, practical, and the view was very beautiful. The furniture was very good and contained all the necessary tools. The only remark was that I requested to replace some of the cleaning tools, but unfortunately the service was poor.

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

My family and I had a great time staying here for three weeks. Hamzeh was very friendly, welcoming and a highly responsive host with a beautiful home. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood that is far enough from the noisy main roads yet in close proximity to the nearest corner shops and restaurants. The house was an absolute delight to stay in! It was clean and put together nicely with decorations, creating a lovely cosy atmosphere. The house was big enough for a family of 5. The backyard was especially beautiful as we could see the garden's manicured greenery, where my wife and I spent most of our mornings sipping coffee and taking in the cold mornings. This was the boost we needed to start the days right. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was equipped with a water filter and coffee machine, all fully loaded! My family and I will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly and cosy stay!

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Lovely 5 nights staying here to visit family. Location is great for restaurants within walking distance and travelling to the peaks. Accommodation interior was lovely and well equipped. We will return again and would recommend.

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

A beautiful place to stay with a homely feel, the apartment was decorated beautifully inside. Such a peaceful place to stay for a getaway break! Would highly recommend! Richard was very welcoming in making sure that everything was good for us during our stay. Will definitely be back soon for another wonderful stay in this lovely area!

Beryl was a wonderful host! We stayed for 1 night as a quick stopover on a long journey and Beryl was very accommodating. Even though we booked with very short notice the space was immaculate so we could tell Beryl had very high standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and as described. We had a great nights sleep and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Even though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it due to our fleeting visit, the patio seating area was really nice and no doubt a great place to enjoy the countryside air. I would highly recommend Beryl’s place.
