Beautiful chalet atmosphere apartment with panoramic mountain view located in the heart of New Gudauri Ski Resort 2300 m above the sea, in the TWINS Residence. Minimalist design, natural textures and epic view. Enjoy the epic view of the valley of Gudauri and ski run, as well as breathtaking sunsets while taking a hot bath. Mountain streams, the ever-changing sky, herds of livestock with shepherds and unforgettable thunderstorms at night in the summer. Popular Kazbegi is 40 minutes drive away.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

You'll be staying in one of two vintage lofts with terraces and amazing views located on the top floor of a 1930's stone built building. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views from every room, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

The apartment is located in one of the central, historic districts. You will stay in a typical Georgian old building. The property is studio-style and has a cozy balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions the day before your arrival, making check-in smooth and easy. I hope you will enjoy your stay. .

Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden. We serves home-cooked Megrelian food.
