The Farmhouse is on an Angus cattle farm rural Summerhill, New York. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise on the porch, an evening watching the sunset, and stargazing by the campfire making s’mores. This space combines vintage and mid-century modern with contemporary comforts and amenities. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cortland, 30-40 minutes from Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn, and 50 minutes from Binghamton. This is a great place to unwind after exploring Central NY.

The homestead is just 7 miles from the charming Skaneateles Lake, 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse, and on the cusp of the Finger Lakes with many local breweries & wineries within a few minute drive! Petticoat Junction @ Turn Back Time

Step back in time at the Shady Rest Hotel at Petticoat Junction, part of the Turn Back Time cabins at Southern Tier Stables in beautiful Moravia, New York. Just a few minutes’ drive from Fillmore Glen State Park, this quaint cabin in the woods sleeps 4 in twin-size bunk beds. The cabin has a small table and 2 chairs, and a pond outside the door. A step above tent camping, but not quite glamping, this location is perfect for getting away from technology and reconnecting with nature.

Charming 1830s Farmhouse

Charming 1830s farmhouse. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Geneva. Trumansburg is a short 10 minute drive with access to restaurants, bowling, and cute little shops. Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.

Everything the Finger Lakes Region has to offer, on the end of a private road, lakeside. Perfect setup for families looking to enjoy the beautiful lakeside or for romantic evenings. Main floor has sliding glass doors that open to an enormous covered balcony that runs the full length of the house and directly overlooks the lake with a dock . House is equipped with multiple TVs and internet connection, located right in the heart of wine country and finger lakes wine trails.
