The Farm View Suite

Come and stay on our working homestead with beautiful country views in a newly finished space. The Farm Suite offers cozy spaces perfect for slowing down from the busy paces of life. Soak in the sights and sounds of the animals, tractors and buggies going down the road. Fresh eggs, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls & coffee/tea are awaiting you in the kitchen. Getaway for an overnight or stay close to the wedding venues, vineyards and Amish community that are all within a few miles of the farm.

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Historic Carriage House

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by my husband on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.
