Located at the start of the Chilterns area of outstanding natural beauty, offering great hiking and outdoor activities. Near the historic town of Hitchin, full of independent cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The Pine Loft is on the side of our 19th century home in Shillington (a rural village boasting two walkable gastropubs) fully sealed off from the house once you are inside.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. Easy walk into Markyate village with eateries, shop, PO and pub. Short drive to St Albans, Harpenden, Ashridge, Whipsnade and Dunstable Downs. EV charger (extra). Parking 2 cars. Sadly no pets.
