Our Yurt - Your Getaway. Rustic Luxury!

Reconnect with nature and each other all year round. Perfect for a romantic holiday/proposal. Nestled in the woods, directly across the road from a lake, it is private but not secluded. Your stay includes outdoor leisure equipment for fun on the lake every season. Just relax, I do the dishes! There's no running water in the yurts well-appointed kitchenette but everything else you need is there! The camp toilet is in an outbuilding by the yurt and a gorgeous guest shower room is up at the house.

Phoenicia Cozy Yurt - Fall Foliage Peak!

5 minutes from Phoenicia. A comfy Yurt for 2 amid wild elderberries, peach trees, a goldfish pond and forested hills. A private back meadow for sun worshiping and meditation. Cold, UV purified mountain spring water. Skiers welcome: Cozy heat in the Yurt down to 10 below! The gas fired hot shower is glass enclosed and solar warmed on sunny mornings. 12v & 110v electric & fast WiFi. Odor-free, cedar, maple, and mahogany composting toilet. Mini-kitchen with tasty treats. Fire circle and gas grill.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Salmon River Wilderness Camp: Yurt & 300 acres

Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

Welcome to Trekker in Lake George, New York at the base of the Adirondack Park. When staying at our unique resort you will not only experience and see many different types of rentals like treehouses, yurts, earth homes, and cabins but you can explore our wildflower fields, play with our goats and chickens, and observe our honeybee hives. The lower is an open plan 400 sq ft comprised of kitchen, living room (w/ foldout couch) & bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private covered deck overlooking a wooded gully. The COMPOSTING TOILET is a environmentally friendly unit. The loft accessed by a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE w/ queen sized bed.

A charming, 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the unique landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Walnut Grove Yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House!

Welcome to The Walnut Grove Yurt! Our original yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House. This handcrafted yurt is an all-season, round, wooden cabin nestled creek -side in our walnut grove. Every detail is custom built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property: organic regenerative pasture, forest, strawberry patches, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm.
