The lower level yard has a fire ring to roast marshmallows and a circular staircase leading up to a playhouse for the kids. This cozy spot is the perfect place to be to explore Chagrin Falls!

Just a 30 minute drive to downtown Cleveland you can also take in major sporting events and theatrical productions. note: the bridge at falls in Chagrin is under construction through 2025.

The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

As you enter the mud room, to the right is a laundry room with washer & dryer, straight ahead the great room complete with a stone fireplace lots of windows and a small functional kitchen.
