Stunning Vineyard Cottage with pool & terrace

Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

Le Gîte de la Vivetrie est une annexe de notre maison principale de 70m2. Situé au coeur de la campagne du Sud Charente à 8km de Barbezieux Saint Hilaire et à proximité des vignobles. Profitez de la tranquillité des lieux dans une propriété de 3000m² entièrement clôturée et sans voisin. De mai à septembre profitez de notre piscine exposée plein soleil En supplément, n'hésitez pas à réserver un moment détente directement au gîte ou aux bords de la piscine avec notre masseuse.

Le Logis du Meunier-Summer vibes

Bienvenue au Moulin Etourneau ! Détendez vous dans ce logement unique, atypique et insolite et profitez du calme de la campagne dans notre magnifique moulin à eau. Remontez le temps et rendez-vous au XVIIIe siècle... Le Logis du Meunier se répartit sur 3 niveaux (RDC, 1er, 2éme étage). Il peut être difficile d'accès pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité de par ses escaliers, nous nous en excusons sincèrement. Le Moulin Etourneau dispose de 2 gîtes mitoyens.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
