Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Il nostro bilocale si trova in una casa con giardino in posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Si gode di un'ottima vista su Saint Vincent e sulla valle centrale. Le terme di Saint Vincent sono a circa 200 metri, mentre il centro della cittadina è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi. . Nelle vicinanze anche sentieri per escursioni immerse nella natura. Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Sunny apartment with spectacular view

Appartement de 4.5 pièces (3 chambres à coucher, 6 lits au total) et 110 m2, situé au 3e étage d'un petit immeuble typiquement zermattois, très bien situé dans le village de Zermatt. Logement très lumieux et ensoleillé, possédant un grand balcon donnant plein sud, avec vue imprenable sur le Cervin/Matterhorn. Vous avez accès au local à skis, à la buanderie et au jardin commun. L'immeuble est à 8 minutes à pied de la gare, ou 2 minutes en taxi.

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura, relax e tranquillità o smartworking.
