My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to communicate with leading up to check in. Parking was convenient and abundant, and it was easy to get in through a private entrance. The place itself was cute, clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay! Katy and her team were so helpful and responsive. The house was spotless, the hot tub was amazing, and we feels right at home.

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

This place is really special. The yard has a spa-like vibe and the interior atmosphere is so charming, with an adorable vintage-bohemian style, nice linens and kitchenware, a fun record player, and zero clutter. The beauty of this home really added to our enjoyment of our trip!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Really nice little apartment, great location for Santa Monica and Venice and a lot of restaurants/bars in walking distance. It's below ground level so I worried that it would feel like a basement, but there's plenty of light and a very cute private outdoor courtyard. We had 4 people, the third bed is a sofa bed which would probably be okay for one but I think 6 would have been a squeeze. Place is large, clean and as advertised, and had everything we needed, including beach towels which we all forgot! Hosts were responsive, and check in/out was easy.

Great place to stay for the week. Joesph was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location. Extremely short and safe walk to the beach. House is extremely spacious and all eight of us could spread out In both indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were very happy with this place! Kids loved the upstairs recreation space.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Wonderful place to get away and emerge in beautiful Santa Monica. Ambience of the complex is wonderful and very relaxing. Place is very clean and unique with its internal design. Highly recommended . I would love to stay again.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Fantastic location on the beach; and very quiet and peaceful well away from the road. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms great, but a few non functioning lights. Living space comfortable and special views to ocean, dolphins and 180 view of Malibu Beach. Kitchen was modern and has good appliances and lots of space; but lacked cooking utensils and not many China plates or mugs - just a mix of non-matching and mostly plastic. Overall a wonderful stay and a responsive and friendly host on site.

Amazing place! The view was incredible. Sebastian was the best host. Quick to respond and so accommodating. I will stay here again.
