Overall a really pleasant stay! We took Lime/Bird scooters all over the area easily. There were a few nights that the alley behind the bedroom was noisy and woke us up, but otherwise was nice. James was very proactive and gave extremely helpful, detailed instructions.

Such a cozy little cottage get-away. It was a great home base for our adventures around Ventura, Santa Barbara, Solveng and Ojai. Took advantage of the little outdoor deck for some morning reading. The spring flowers in the garden were lovely and a morning visit from the pups was a joy. Our stay was great and we would gladly visit again.

Patrick was a lovely host! The place was great and homey, it was a little bit tight for 4 people but Patrick was very clear about that from the beginning and it was not an issue at all. He was very accommodating with our check in and out, we would happily stay here again.

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Sejour au top tres tred content etat impeccable . Juste a larrivee nous avons compris apres que le spa etait a mettre en route via une telecommande et a chauffe tres tres vite nous etions ravis. Hote tres sympa tres bien accueilli je recommande et merci a vous pour votre maison tres chaleureuse et fonctionnelle . Le petit manque est la machine a lavee mais cetait specifie dans lannonce .

Loved our time in this cottage! Finding a fun, pet friendly place is hard especially when you’re looking for a great location…but this was wonderful. We look forward to renting on this property again as we frequent Solvang often. If you’re looking to stay here, the ease of it all and the location can’t be beat. I only have a few *tips* for people staying in the future… 1) the bed is only a full sized bed. So if you require something larger then one of the other units on the property might be a better fit. We will be renting 413A or 413B next time as we need a queen size or larger. (We’re tall and our dogs sleep with us in the bed.) 2) The bathroom sink is only a half size and very low - child height. We had to use the kitchen sink to wash our faces, which is no big deal (we like to camp so this is a non issue) but keep that in mind. The bathroom is tiny and not big enough to share. That’s it! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Tiny House! Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und einen Sitzbereich im Garten. Die Straße mit der Palmenallee ist der Hammer! Im Haus ist es gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt viele Handtücher und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden wiederkommen!!

We had a wonderful stay!! Christopher was a great host, responsive and friendly, and the guesthouse was just as we had hoped. Cute and clean, private and peaceful. The patios and garden surroundings were beautiful! WiFi was great, bed was comfy, shower was on point. Absolutely look forward to returning!

Great secluded back house. Had all the comforts of home. The place was clean and comfy. We loved the heated pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Izzy was a great welcoming treat.

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We did not have any problems during our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful too. Stephanie is accommodating and responsive to our queries. Thank you very much.

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Spacious, modern, well supplied studio apartment. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen, great shower, all in brand new condition. Very private and quiet unit. Parking on the street was not a problem. Overall, a great place to rent for 2.

Super clean and had all the things we needed, even a washer and dryer! Very kind welcome package with snacks and coffee and water. Nice touch!

We've stayed at Gillian's places a number of times and appreciate her sense of style and comfort. She is the perfect host and thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. She is also very responsive to any needs that arise and tries hard to accommodate you. Immaculate Cottage has everything you could ask for - great location, comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen, great outdoor spaces including a grill and firepit seating area and a comfortable living room for TV- watching. The main street in Montrose is 2 blocks away and has many great restaurants and shops. We always enjoy our stays.

We had a great stay at Chad and Lara’s place. Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending 10 minutes away! The space was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony is insane and it was so nice to just sit out there after a day of traveling. We’d stay again if we’re ever back in Topanga!

Very cozy updated room and bathroom. Everything was clean and had lots of small touches, snack basket, coffee, bottled water, fresh linens and extra blanket and throws. Outside there was a charming garden with lots of seating areas. For safety the front and back yards had excellent lighting. There was no bedside table but in the closet I found a folding table that worked perfectly.

Jennifer and Dave were great hosts. They made sure we had our needs met and were very friendly and accommodating. The cabin is a great peaceful spot in a central location not too far from attractions. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in a very private and scenic area of Santa Barbara. The tiny cottage had everything we needed. I would love to stay again. I appreciated not having a TV or WiFi to really unplug. The bed was comfortable, the mix of firm and soft pillows was perfect, and there were enough blankets to stay warm. There was a heater and the water was nice and hot! So many amenities from coffee to makeup remover wipes, dishes and pots and pans. Drive into town is not bad at all so still convenient.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway
