With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

With the South Coast just a little further afield, it's ultimately a wonderful position to explore much of what Cornwall has to offer! A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Bluebell is situated in a beautiful tranquil setting with its own riverside garden and wooded copse. Once inside, relax and take in the beautiful river views and surroundings. The location is perfect for exploring North Cornwall’s coastline with its beautiful beaches and attractions. Our wonderful village St Mabyn is approx 1 mile, has a community shop, post office and a recommended pub serving great food with a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
