Relax at the cabin for your entire stay or get out and enjoy Lake Fort Smith, Devils Den State Park, or one of the many other nearby trails. Fayetteville is 37 min up the road!

Conveniently located next to McConnell Funeral Home and just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Jr. High and High School, this home offers access to nearby amenities and downtown shops.

This unique place has a style all its own. 5 minutes off the interstate and you can wake up to the most beautiful sunrises and views that Arkansas has to offer. This home has all the amenities you are looking for while still making you feel like you are away from the rest of the world. In the master bedroom we have a king size adjustable mattress that you can set to your exact preference. We are a quick drive to Fayetteville if calling the Hogs and great eateries is more your style!

There is nothing more relaxing than a wrap-around porch on a beautiful Arkansas morning! The newly built Greenbrier cabin has been hand constructed with exposed beam ceilings, wooden wall coverings, and sandstone countertops all sourced locally. Even the rock for the gorgeous and unique walk-in shower came from the property, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into the landscape. Your stay at the Greenbrier will bring you closer to mother nature while allowing you to escape reality!

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Comfy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, rural tiny cottage. Located just outside of Booneville, AR, you will find the comfort needed for any type of stay. This tiny home has two bedrooms, office space, and can sleep four guests. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Magazine Mountain, minutes from lakes and streams, and just 45 minutes from Fort Smith, AR. Make yourself at home with full-size appliances and amenities! Enjoy our open outdoor areas and magnificent views!

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Hey! Welcome to our Sweet Retreat! We have a good reason for naming our guesthouse such a name... It was our former chocolate shop!! Yesssss...Chocolates! Our name was Classic Candies and we started our business in this space back in 1986. We are no longer in the chocolate business but do still make chocolates for our family...and now for you, our guests! With every visit, there will be waiting, a little chocolate gift from us to you!

This cabin is located 8 miles from the town of Ozark, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. The building is new with a kitchen, large bathroom, and one bedroom. The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.

Welcome to the A-Frame on Rackley Mountain. Less than an hour from NWA, you'll find a peaceful escape with quiet mountain views. A great home base for Ozark adventures, Razorback sporting events, or a cozy place to hang out all day. Sit in the cedar hot tub and take in an unbelievable sunset. Then there's dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Finish the night off with s'mores at the fire pit under the stars.
