Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a per dog per trip pet fee, maximum of 2 dogs.
