This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The Vershire Fortress

Breathtaking views, mountain fresh air, and tranquility in the hill town of Vershire, VT; the Fortress looks out over the White Mountains to the East during the day and the Milky Way above at night. The property spans 6 acres that are available to all guests looking for a bit of snow-shoeing or a walk in the woods. Plus recent renovations! Designed and built by architect, Nick Fabrikant, it offers splendid open floor plans and incredible natural lighting through the many South-facing windows.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Skip's Place is the epitome of privacy and beauty. Modern amenities in a Vermont log cabin on 60+acres that anyone could enjoy. Master bedroom has king-bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. Downstairs includes a spacious dining room with full kitchen, a second bathroom and two bedrooms each with a full-sized bed. Easy access WiFi and two flat screen TVs with DVD players and movie collection for rainy afternoons. Outdoor fire pit, hiking trails, and fish pond guarantee a unique, peaceful experience.

Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

The bedroom is within a rustic homestead situated on a mountain top, with 40 acres, in rural Vermont. You will have a private bedroom with full access to all spaces. Others in the home is Wayne, other Air B&B guests, and Sasha (Family Dog). The household is very active with ongoing carpentry upgrades at any point in time. We are 30 minutes from Montpelier, 1 hour from Burlington, Sugarbush, Killington, Bolton, Stowe Resorts. During your stay, our home will be your home!

Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Windswept Acres Sugarhouse

Looking for a Rustic adventure? ...the Sugar House is your stop. Well water no longer comes via a hand pump (we just added running hot and cold water!) but there is still an outhouse in the back. A favorite of many of our "regulars" with a great view of the sunrise. You are on 55 acres with a large pond for swimming, fishing, and paddling, plenty of hilltops to hike to and soak in panoramic views... and plenty of privacy.

Tunbridge Home with a View

This quiet country location has beautiful views of the rolling hills nearby. If you want to get out in nature, with all the comforts of home, this is the place for you. With nearly 30 acres there is room to roam and enjoy nature or stay inside and enjoy 4K TV with several streaming services and high speed internet. A private entrance means no contact.
