Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. My place is near Night Market Walking Street (ถนนคนเดินวัวลาย) ,Every Saturday and Chiangmai Gate . You can walk about 5 minute to get there. The monthly price isn't include elcectricity yet , you need to pay electricity upon unit meter (10 bath per unit) and water fee 200 bath per month per person and cleansing fee 500 bath when you leave. You also pay 5,000 bath for depoit fee. If don't have any damage ,I will return to you.

This is a traditional Airbnb where we live here as well as the cats, now you can of course close your door to keep them out, but why would you want to do that?
