Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Walthurst Studio is located in the tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."
