TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
