The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Avenue K

Avenue K is a newly remodeled home in northwest Childress. Surprisingly spacious two bedroom one bath home with a garage, a patio, and a private back yard. Use the game room to set up your computer and work, or play games with the family. There is a futon which can be an extra bed for 1 or 2 children. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a few blocks away. Located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, you can feel safe and secure. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Texas Sunrise House

This unique home has a style all its own. Step into history and comfort at the Texas Sunrise House, a charming Queen Anne style Victorian farmhouse located just off the downtown square in Wellington, Texas. This gem is perfectly situated within walking distance (only two blocks) to local shops and eateries, features 11 foot ceilings, charming period details, two bedrooms with four beds, full bath, kitchen, formal dining room and plenty of Texas charm, including art by local painter Burl Brim.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.
