Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

My team stayed in Beth's house for the Buck Fifty race and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us to spread out, hot tub for sore muscles after each portion of the race and a comfortable place to relax in during the downtime. We will absolutely be booking for the race again next year assuming someone else doesn't snag it out from under us.

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

Bob and Sherry’s place was spacious, comfortable, felt private and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always very important to me. We definitely plan to visit again when in the area.

Michael's place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amenities and spaciousness of the property. The game room provided endless entertainment for everyone in our group - we had some seriously competitive pool tournaments! The movie room was perfect for unwinding after busy days, complete with comfortable seating and excellent sound quality. The outdoor space was where this property truly shines. The pool area became our daily retreat, perfect for both energetic splashing and relaxing floats. The hot tub was divine, especially in the evenings under the stars. We spent countless hours enjoying these outdoor amenities. What really sets this place apart is how well it accommodates groups. The abundance of beds ensured everyone had their own comfortable space, and the open floor plan made it easy for our entire party to gather without feeling cramped. This was a great place for my family to stay for my son‘s graduation from OU. We did not realize it was a bit further out than we had expected, but overall we had a wonderful time. The spaces were amazing with great amenities and we were even able to take a walk up and down the road, which was so quiet and peaceful.

Enjoyed our stay at Todd's place. It was easy to find and in a convenient location. The parking in the back was very nice and spacious for multiple cars. Todd was very responsive and allowed an early check in, which was very helpful for the wedding we were attending. Place was comfy and a much better deal than local hotels! Thanks, Todd!

We had a great weekend! Jara’s place was conveniently located to everything we needed to do this weekend and the home was spotless.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but with way more fun! The pickleball court was a hit with everyone, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the outdoor play area and game room. Mornings on the porch in the cozy egg chairs, sipping coffee while soaking in the beautiful views, were pure magic. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well each night. It was the kind of place that brings people together, where laughter comes easy and memories are made effortlessly. We came for a getaway, but we left with full hearts and stories we’ll be telling for years. Thank you for creating such a special space. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place in a scenic location with a lot of space both inside and outside and lots of great utilities such as the barbecue, basketball hoop, and games like pool and air hockey!

Our second stay…we love the spacious interior, the private secluded lot, the old buildings dotting the front yard that may have seen better days, but still add charm and historic appeal. Our favorite thing though, is the front porch that spans the entire front of the house. Coffee in the morning, the radio and cocktails in the evening while watching the sun dip behind the mountain…it’s perfect. And, in between, there are several state parks nearby with nice hiking trails, or the city of Portsmouth for antiques, or viewing the murals along the river. We love this rental, and can’t wait to return.

This house was really nicely decorated/remodeled. The bed was comfy and the porch was great to sit on in the morning while drinking coffee. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect - close to the state park and golf course. The hot tub and massage chair were great to have after hiking and golfing.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. WA far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Waverly and Piketon that we got to where we wanted to be quickly. Fawn was and excellent host and answered all our questions and was timely answering. Recommend and would stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing; I can’t even begin the time my family and I had at this house! I came in town from California to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday; this house came with everything we could have asked for to make our stay one for the books! The house came with everything we needed and others that we didn’t know we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stove, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, really good snacks, their was even cold beer and a bottle of wine when I arrived and after a long trip; it was much needed! Let’s talk about the backyard; it came with a beautiful waterfall feature; a beautiful fire-pit that you can sit around and a grill that we used a couple nights during our stay along with a patio table that we ate at. The beds were so comfy and relaxing, they had cute lil shampoos/soaps for your use along with a bath towel warmer in the bathroom and as cold as it was in Ohio, it definitely was needed. 5 star stay and will be back!

The house was great! The beds are very comfortable, its homey, surprisingly quiet for being right off 33 and dark enough in the side yard to do some star gazing. We really enjoyed having a keurig coffee maker and Mitch supplied the coffee! We would stay there again.

Our family felt right at home here! This was a perfect spot for multi-generations to spend time together. Having a home to go to in the middle of graduation madness was just what we needed.
