When we bought the house it was in pretty bad shape. So we ripped everything out and remodeled it as a family. The money we make will go into our bank accounts for college savings. We kids will be your hosts and if you have any needs or concerns, or if you are not satisfied call us! We will of course have parents to back us up, if needed.

There is a fully set up kitchen for cooking including a refrigerator, electricity 24/7, gas grill on the large deck and a roomy private bathroom. The house has one bedroom, queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Each guest house is screened by natural vegetation for privacy but retains beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. All customers must drive to our location.

Historic Thompson House

Thompson House is historic, quirky, unique and comfortable. It survived the 1964 9.2 earthquake and tsunami that caused Old Valdez to relocate to the new and present town site. An addition more than doubled the size of the original one room cabin which included an extensive remodel.
