This central modern apartment is a part of a newly build house situated only 3 minutes of walk from old town. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds. The bedrooms feature an en suite shower room, Sat TV and an air con unit. The lounge area has air con unit and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 persons. The lounge/dining/kitchen area has access to a private furnished terrace offering stunning views overlooking the old town.

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.
