My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Not recommended for guests with health and/or mobility issues. The complex has private Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. The turkish bath and sauna is private and need to be booked upon arrival for free entrance. There is a shared sea view roof terrace.
