Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Beth and Doug’s condo! It was perfect for families and our three young kids had a blast sleeping on the bunk beds and playing with the corner full of toys! They even had kites and beach toys waiting for them to use, which were a huge hit! Everything was well stocked and clean, and I loved that they even had baby gear like a pack and play and high chair so I didn’t need to bring that for our one year old!! The pool was beautiful and being so close to the beach was so ideal. Beth always responded extremely fast to any questions that I had too! This will definitely be our new family beach getaway for years to come!

Studio, like nook. Conveniently located by the beach. Several close dine in options located near by. The place was loaded with all the things to make sure you have a good stay. Will look to visiting again 🙂

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

The house was perfect size for our family and located in a peaceful spot. The pool and hot tub were right across the street from the house and the first floor garage made everything so convenient when leaving and returning from the beach. Michael was great about arranging maintenance when the hot tub broke down during our stay, and contacted us to let it know when it was operational again. We will be back! We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, just a short walk /drive to the beach and conveniently close to a grocery store. We loved spending time by the pool and relaxing at the fishing dock. It was such a bonus being able to bring our dogs along, they had a great time too! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

Peaceful stay at this beautiful condo! Loved the location and the close proximity to the beach. The provided beach gear (chairs and towels) made it very easy to pack up and go. The condo itself was clean and spacious and provided enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. It was close enough to Port A to get some shopping and dining experiences, while private enough to have our own space on the beach and pool. We were not aware of the construction prior to arriving and while it did not cause large issues, the noise was loud for several long portions of a couple of afternoons so we found other things to do outside of the condo! We were very thankful to find charged lanterns during several power outages during a bigger storm that passed through. All in all, would definitely recommend this space for families with 10+ yr old children or adults.

Great Location! Just a boardwalk over the dunes to direct access to the beach and right at a lifeguard location. Condo looks recently updated and was well stocked with cookware, small appliances, dishes and utensils. You will need to bring coffee filters, which we didn’t know so we couldn’t make coffee. We’re used to filters being provided. Our only dislike was the mattress covers; they’re plastic, so get hot and make noise when you move. I would appreciate having a better mattress cover to be placed over the plastic one. Host was very responsive and helpful with an issue we had. Complex was clean and there were no issues with other guests being loud or inconsiderate. Overall, this condo was a great stay, so we will be back! I have also already recommended it to others.

Another great stay! Can’t beat the location! We love being able to walk right to the beach. Host responded right away with an immediate solution when there was a minor mix up (no parking pass).

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs was nice, beautiful balcony that we could sit on and enjoy the view. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with a full kitchen. The downstairs area was also a complete 2 bedroom unit with a shower and kitchenette area. The house was close enough to the beach to walk, which was really nice. The area was quiet and peaceful.

The place was better than the pictures. Lovely decor, super comfortable beds, great bathroom space. I will definitely go back. Great host.

This was our second stay at Jonathan’s house. The house is so spacious and has a home feel to it! The kitchen is my absolute favorite part of the house. So great to gather in the kitchen cooking as a family with plenty of space to all work together. We also enjoyed the pool area. The adults can relax in the water while the littles swim with the grill going! The host is always very quick at responding and making sure that we have everything we need for our stay. Don’t question it just book this house for your next trip! ❤️ We will definitely be booking this house for our next beach trip.

If you’re looking for a beautiful and serene home away from home, this is the place. The home is stunning with a short walk to the beach. Jessa was a wonderful host who communicated effectively. The location was perfect, we felt safe all day every day, the overall area was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend and aded bonus was how extremely comfortable the beds were, we truly were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves.

Awesome place! The beds were extremely comfortable, my kids even mentioned how comfortable they were. In such a great location. Honestly beach is closer than we thought. We loved how the apt had beach chairs, sand castle supplies, a tent and a boogie board to enjoy on the beach. Didn’t have to go out and buy. Only issue we had is that the unit above us the people were ridiculously loud. (It’s a builder issue there floors/ceilings are extremely thin) had to have the birds and the bees conversation with 2 of our kids thanks to the adult noise/activities going on. Again not their fault but it’s the builders fault. They were thankfully moved. (So be mindful if you’re on a second or third level).

We stayed for a family trip. The kids were able to sleep comfortably in the secondary bedroom. The place was clean we loved the extra towels and blankets. The towels came in handy for shower time and blankets perfect for relaxing after the beach watching tv. The house was very clean the pool was nice the kids enjoyed it and the place is close to the beach. Mattye was very friendly and responsive this is a place my family and I would return to. Mattye is very deserving of her title of super host!

The condo was comfortable, thoughtfully stocked with all the must-have amenities and supplies that made our stay effortless. From a well-equipped kitchen and cozy beds to beach chairs and towels, every little detail had been considered. The best part? The location! Just a very short walk to the beach, we found ourselves soaking in the sun and surf within minutes each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free beach getaway!

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

this place was amazing! we stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children (11 mo and 3) and felt extremely comfortable the entire time! the location is great for beach access and restaurants. Lucy was kind and responsive. we had an amazing time and will be back!
