Cozy unit in a peaceful resort-style complex located at the heart of Lake Herdsman. This 2x1x2 has you covered: 1x queen-size bed, 2x king single beds, and a sofa bed in the living. Both bedrooms have BIRs. Open plan area with high speed Wi-Fi and a fully functional kitchen. With its lavish garden, the complex has a swimming pool, BBQ area with a pergola, tennis court, fully equipped gym, and direct access to the lake. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe.
