Very homey have plenty of amenities and very clean responsive host

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

This house is beautiful. Looks exactly as pictured. It smelled clean and it was spotless upon our arrival. My kids really enjoyed the game room and games that were provided. Diana was a wonderful host. Communication was top tier. She responded promptly and was very friendly and accommodating. There were a few maintenance issues that came up with the a/c and the pool but she sent someone out right away to fix it. Unfortunately the pool could not be fixed during our stay but she made it right by offering a price adjustment. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Vegas.

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette weekend, and it was great. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond by dropping off outdoor tables and chairs for one of our dinners at the Airbnb. He also accommodated a later check out for us. The house itself was really great and spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend booking!

Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay at the Trump Tower Hotel in Las Vegas. The apartment was exactly as described – we stayed on the 47th floor and the view of the city was absolutely unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Parking was included, which made things very convenient. Overall, it matched the listing perfectly. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Place was exactly as described. Mark provided great recommendations and was very responsive to our questions! Located off the strip which meant it was less crowded. Super comfy bed and pillows. Quick drive and/or Uber ride to the strip or Freemont Street. The hot tub was what stood out for us. You can walk to the casino at the Palms from where the place is so that was convenient for late nights. You can easily catch an Uber to get where you want---theres an Uber stop.. If you go to the strip, I recommend getting an Uber to a hotel near a monorail stop, then get a monorail pass to help traveling up and down---to save your feet. Had a great time!!

Tommy’s place was exactly as listed only more beautiful in person. It was crystal clean and cozy! It was also very close to everything we wanted to visit!

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Our first airbnb experience was with Matthew and it was about as perfect as one could hope. Apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located for us to explore the natural sights of the area, get groceries, and eat out. Can't recommend Matthew highly enough!

Karen and Mark were great hosts. Friendly and provided helpful information about the community and restaurants. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing couch. The view of the valley was top notch. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

So I will start with the great! Location was far away enough from the strip that you didn’t deal with the madness. It is a secret hideaway that allows you to decompress on your trip. It’s a cute little suite ish environment that definitely has me wanting to rent again! Host was great! The CAUTION: the driveway, if you have a low profile care like mine, it is not car friendly, you definitely have to be cautious going in and out. The only issue I had was the driveway was blocked by another renter but the host got it handled it right away and the whole stay was flawless! THIS IS GOING TO BE MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHEN I HIT VEGAS AGAIN!

We came in to town for a family party. Leann’s house was easy to get to from the airport. The home is very clean, spacious and relaxing. 7 of us stayed very comfortably. The kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. We had everything we needed in the home to enjoy our weekend. Thank you.

I highly recommend staying here. Good price and had all listed amenities plus soap, coffee filters, feminine products, silverware and dishes, the basic necessities you would need were there. The beds and couches were clean. Nice patio area to hangout. Pretty quiet neighborhood too. Close enough to the strip and all the things you would want to do. Cheaper then a hotel and way better than one. So spacious. Has a garage, which I would recommend using because the only downside was the few homeless people we saw about a block from the neighborhood. But they have locks on all doors and a garage, we didnt have any issues. I would stay here again. It was clean in comparison to other places I stayed in the past, and it was a good time staying here.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

I had a great experience with Hodi! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Hodi was incredibly clear and communicative, always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. Overall, an amazing host. I’d absolutely love to deal with Hodi again should the opportunity come up. Highly recommended!

Xiao communicated the house rules, check in, check out process clearly. House was clean, water pressure was great. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were spacious as advertised. House is great and comfortable for our family of 8. Quiet neighborhood. Las Vegas strip is nearby. Close to major freeways. Choices of restaurants of different cuisines also nearby. We will surely be back and book with Xiao on our next trip to Las Vegas. Higly recommended.

Lilyana’s home was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of room, beautiful and had a lot of fun things for my young grandchildren to play with. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the backyard. I highly recommend.
