Tiffany’s place was amazing! Close to old town! We walked downtown and had a great time! The place was very clean and welcoming! Can’t wait to come back!

A very clean and comfortable place, fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The beds are comfortable with white hotel-style sheets, and the same goes for the towels. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-stocked. What I liked the most is that they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Beautiful views! Beds comfortable, bed linens very nice. The patio jacuzzi spa (hot tub) & indoor electric fireplace were great (we did not use the outdoor fore pit table). Everything inside the place is spotlessly clean & the place is quite roomy. Quiet area. TV (Roku) in the master bedroom was much appreciated. Coffee bar in kitchen with a Kuerig! Uptown Sedona is about 25-30 min drive from Cottonwood due to traffic snarls as you enter Uptown Sedona. Nic's Italian Steakhouse, Belfry Brewing & Merkin Vineyard Hilltop Winery were all good experiences in Cottonwood. However, the Winery has no dedicated "tasting room". You can taste at patio bar or at your table. The view is phenomenal, don't miss enjoying a glass of wine here. We did wine at sunset & the colorful hills & mountains so pretty. The food at the Winery was tasty & they make their own fresh pasta! Be advised, the Winery menu is ala carte. We loved our stay at this Cottonwood Airbnb, would recommend & hope to return!

Hilary and her husband have a perfectly located beautiful home. If you want to see red rock and enjoy the outdoors in Sedona this home is located right in the heart of it. walk out of the backyard and the mountains were right there staring at you. Hilary always responded and her adventure/family photos were just the right amount to feel at home. The master shower was just what the doctor ordered after a day of traveling and our kiddos loved the trundle beds. there was even a little toy corner with a Lighting McQueen at the signing book. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Had been a long drive from Minnesota. And it was nice to see everything already and clean and comfortable. We stayed an entire week and certainly never ran out of things to do. Relaxing evenings reading.

Staying at Pam’s was the best choice. It is very close to Sedona, super convenient to have a Walmart just 5 minutes from the house. Private entrance, everything inside is new! Pam was always reachable and made us feel home. We would definite love to stay here again in a future visit.

Such a cute place such a wonderful location exactly what we needed. The fact that you can walk and enjoy courthouse Square all the shops and restaurants and it’s not even like a tiny walk. It is right there you are in it and that is awesome. Everything was very clean well organized very clear.

This was our second time staying at this lovely quiet property within walking distance of Whiskey Row and the downtown area. It is in a peaceful and safe environment. There is plenty of room to park and turn around before going into the street. The house is very clean and neat. It is tastefully decorated with lots of photos of the Prescott area. It has a beautiful view from the dining room. The beds were extremely comfortable. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets and any other things you might need. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a very nice washer and dryer should you need one. Andrew and Lauren are extremely responsive and most helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that your questions are answered and happy to listen to any suggestions you may have. We hope to return when we are in the Prescott area again. It is a lovely Airbnb.

Booked for my dad, and he said it was the best airbnb he's ever stayed in! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Sedona. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t have been better — we were within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and all the charm Sedona has to offer. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful space! Lovely touches all around and very comfortable. Walking distance to all the best spots. (My favorite thing: the antique windows with old glass!) Hope to stay here again sometime.

We loved our time at Nick’s place! It was the perfect spot! It was close by cathedral rock, the chapel, and bell rock which were all on our itinerary! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved all of the towels!!! Lots of blankets…the fire department is nearby as we heard sirens a few times on the road outside of the window. I’m a light sleeper snd wished I had a portable fan to drown out noise but I used an app to help. Nice pool. Near grocery and great restaurants…our first time in VOC we usually stay in Uptown. Give yourself extra time to get to west end trailheads for traffic to get through roundabouts with the zipper merges!

We love staying at Airbnbs that have that home feel versus a standard hotel room. Matt's Condo definitely had that "at home" feel. The unit was clean, extremely well stocked, and nicely furnished. The description and pictures were accurate. The condo is located in Oak Creek. A quick 10 minute drive from Sedona. Our favorite restaurants were The Hudson, Javelina Cantina, American Creekside Bistro, and Pisa Lisa. One recommendation: do the Broken Arrow Pink Jeep tour. A 2 hour 4WD jeep ride through the mountain terrain. We will be back to Sedona and Matt's Condo is where we'll stay.

The views at Vista Ridge can’t be beat! Peaceful, extremely clean and very comfortable in a great location. We would certainly stay there again!

Pictures and description exactly matched the condo. It was on the edge of Sedona proper in a very nice complex near a great small grocery store and coffee shop and bakery. I reached out to Laura upon getting to Sedona to see if we could check in a bit early and were able to do that (an hour early). Easy entry with a code to the door. Very clean condo. Enjoyed the space and ability to cook. Great TV(s) - easy to login in to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of our hiking days. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Terri’s place. The location was very close to the hiking trails, restaurants, a few shops, and a golf course (so we ended up playing even though golf wasn’t originally part of our plan). Terri’s place was very clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent from before we arrived to after we checked out. Thank you, Terri! We would definitely stay again.

thank goodness that Nicole was so helpful, I was totally confused about the location of the condo! Everything was great, once we headed in the right direction!

I was very honored that I got to stay at Daniel's condo! It was so much fun and lots of hiking places to do it and with a hot tub to soak your bones when you're done. This was my first time renting an Airbnb so I hope I did well 😄
