The home was cozy, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. The neighborhood was also peaceful. Minet and Dimson were responsive. I would book the home again.

Loved this stay! There was plenty of room for my large party to eat, sleep, and hang out. Sara is very responsive and check out was easy. Highly recommend for a clean and comfortable experience.

Favorite Place in Springfield!

Patrick's place was perfect for our visit with family in Clarksville. The attached garage and fenced in backyard were nice to have available. House is spacious and very comfortable. Patrick was very helpful and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out (our fault!). We would book this house again.

This place was perfect! The area seems to be in a revitalization stage but everyone we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. The home? Amazing! Wide open spaces and was very comfortable for 6 adults. Well equipped kitchen, large island which became the hub. Dining room table large enough for snacks, cocktails and game nights. Nice sized bedrooms.comfortable living room. Very nice backyard to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and just relax. But, the decor! The atmosphere! This place is beautifully decorated. The master suite was incredibly cozy, and Johnny Cash yall! Bigger than life! The bedrooms really were comfortable- linens, mattresses, pillows. And plenty of extras if needed. The owner offered lots of ideas for the area, was super responsive and friendly. She has taken a lot of care to create a comfortable little oasis to relax and regroup in when you aren't out exploring our favorite town of Nashville. This. Is. It.

The place was honestly just perfect. I went in not expecting more than I saw in the photos but was surprised with just how amazing the location and interior of the home is. The scenic view was phenomenal and the house itself easily accommodated each and every one of us without feeling crowded. The distance from down town was honestly perfect. When we wanted to go out and have fun we’d be surrounded by all the great music and amazing restaurants. But when it was time to wind down and relax back at the house, it offered that woodsy vibe which we simply couldn’t ask for more than that. It was Best of both worlds and we are definitely planning on coming back. 10/10 worth every penny

Easy to find, and a great place to stay near downtown. Debbie was very responsive and had a great catalog of all her recommendations.

Bowen’s place was great and it was nice to be able to get away from downtown but still be close enough if we wanted to get there quick to do something!

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

We can not express enough how much we love this place. It is immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, we want to live there!!!! 2 large bedrooms. The beds are so comfortable!! Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is large and has great water pressure. Soooo spacious! very comfortable couch for watching the Masters or movie! The location is awesome. Quick drive to Austin Peay, Clarksville Downtown shopping, restaurants, Museum, and other sites of interest. Was close tour family we visited, the party, venue, and again downtown. We did take a very nice walk across the street into the neighborhood there each day. Very nice walk. This is our FAVORITE abnb. we look forward to returning next year. LaDonna is AMAZING, so easy to communicate with, feel like talking to a dear friend. very attentive and sincere. We really can't say enough about Conroy Place.

This place was beautiful! We loved celebrating Thanksgiving with our family here! Kim was an excellent host and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Within walking distance to downtown and a wonderful place if you’re traveling with dogs. We so appreciated a space that would welcome our two doggies.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and close to all the local spots we wanted to check out! Bowen was very responsive and available if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious and clean and the unit was pretty quiet. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Nashville!
