Self-catering cottage with its own small paddock - perfect for 2 adults who want a quiet bolt-hole in a truly beautiful location. Sofabed can sleep third guest if required (3rd guest does incur additional nightly cost). One baby up to 2yrs free and travel cot/high chair also available. Up to 2 dogs welcome at no additional charge.

Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

With 3 pubs, village Co-op shop and other local amenities in the village, the apartment is an ideal location for walking, cycling and exploring the beautiful Lune valley countryside.

Guest flat in Hornby Castle, which is located in the picturesque Lune Valley, in the forest of Bowland and not far from the Lake District, sitting on a hill with dramatic views overlooking the Lune valley and Ingleborough. Relax, enjoy the local walks, including along the river in our garden. Hornby has a good village tea room & pub. Also a good village shop. Our TV is small and only runs off online apps. Remember it is an old house and can therefore be or feel cold.

The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

Our flat is situated in the Castle Conservation area of town and only 2 minutes walk from the railway station. It comes with an attached garage for ease of parking should you be travelling by car. The town centre with its shops, pubs, restaurants and historic buildings are all within a few minutes walk too.
