This surprisingly spacious self contained American caravan is located on our farm in a rural location but close to many local amenities, the town centre of Nailsea a mere 2 miles and only 4 miles away from the popular seaside town of Clevedon and 15 miles away from Weston-super-Mare. This area is popular with cyclists, walkers and horse riders and the closest pub is a pleasant walk about 10 mins away. Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

The Garden Room

In Backwell, a 20-min drive from Bristol Airport, relax in the quiet garden room, a contemporary self-contained double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Arrive to chocolate and a glass of wine, maybe on the terrace. There's juice, fruit and a cereal bar as well as tea or Dolce Gusto hot chocolate, cappucino or Americano. Please let me know of any allergies or intolerances. The Rising Sun is a short walk away and provides great food and drinks all day. Heaven Coffee House is very near too.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

Servant Quarters is a spanking new let in Weston. Set in the old Servants area of Ellenborough Hall it’s is rich in charm and history. A combined kitchen and lounge area tastefully decorated with a nod to its past leads into one of the original Servant bedrooms, with a large double bed and a trundle bed suitable for 2 children, this then leads into our huge bathroom complete with large walk in shower and cast iron bath perfect for a long soak after a hard day sightseeing.

Our small cosy annexe is with in walking distance of the strawberry line and railway station. Close to Bristol and it’s many attractions. 10 mins drive to the airport with option of leaving your car with transfers at a comparative rate.

“The Hayloft" is our recently renovated studio here at "Woodpeckers", attached to our family home, but completely separate with own entrance, kitchen & bathroom. At the end of a long private drive with off-street parking & next to woods, the only noise you'll hear is the birds in the morning! Listing is for 3 people but we only accept 2 adults maximum plus 1 (or 2) young children.

With 2 single beds in 1 bedroom, a super king size double bed in the main bedroom, and a single bed in a very small box room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, but with a separate downstairs toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, Amazon Fire Smart TV, Large Living room, WIFI and a washing machine. Parking for one car.
