Inside the home, guests will find a well-equipped space that has comfortable mattresses, 65” Smart TV, workspace, and an open concept kitchen. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy grilling and entertaining under the covered patio and firepit area.

You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.
